The Family Excel™ spreadsheet zip file (Family.zip) has been corrected so that the new fields (Qtr and Year) are now included when a new family name is added to the spreadsheet.

This page will inform you how to add the Qtr and Year field to the existing spreadsheets in a workbook.

Once the code is copied into the Developers window, simply run it and it will update your spreadsheets.

There are a couple of things to note about this code:

It is perfectly safe to run this module.
For safety it is recommended that you backup your Excel file before you run the code.
Once you run it all future new family names will have the Qtr and Year fields already
Spreadsheets that don't have "Person" in cell A1 will be unchanged by the code.
Spreadsheets that already have "Qtr" in cell C3 will be unchanged by the code.
Hidden spreadsheets will also be changed.
